In the following document, the terms "you," "your," and "yours"
refer to you, the website visitor and/or registered member. The terms

the remove/delete account option that you will find in the members'
area. By doing so, you will cause the removal of your personal
information from our primary database(s). However, some of our database
backups my contain your personal information for some period of time
following the removal of your account.
We will never sell, rent or share your personal information, email
address or physical address with any third party with the exception of
any governmental or law enforcement agency that requests the
information, has the legal authority to access such information, and
presents the proper legal documents to support such a request.

independent contractors and you have no authority to make

SPAM Restrictions - You are not allowed to use SPAM of any
kind in conjunction with our website. SPAM is defined by us as
transmitting, directly or indirectly, email messages to any address
belonging to someone who has not explicitly requested and consented to
receive such messages from you. Our definition of SPAM also encompasses
the use of newsgroups, public message boards, and chat rooms to post
advertisements where such newsgroups, message boards, and chat rooms do
not allow the posting of advertisements or off-topic articles. If you
send email messages promoting our website, every address on your list
must have subscribed to your list using verified optin methods. THIS IS
REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS SPAM PROVISION EVEN ONCE,
YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED, YOUR EMAIL AND IP ADDRESSES WILL BE
BLACKLISTED, AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS A SPAMMER TO YOUR ISP. DO NOT
SPAM...IT'S NOT WORTH IT!
Usage Restrictions - You are not allowed to copy, reproduce
or redistribute any information or services found on this website
without the express written approval of the company. You are not
allowed to retrieve information from this website through any automated
and/or unattended means whatsoever without the express written approval
of the company. You may not use your access to our website to collect
or "harvest" information about the owners of the company or other users
of our website for any purpose of your own or of a third party,

Security Restrictions - You are allowed only one account
and/or membership on our website. If we find evidence that you have
